Kay Yow WBCA Cancer Fundraising.
The entire Pink Ribbon Gumball initiative was especially designed for the WBCA Pink Zone™ participants and fans, but everyone can “BUBBLE UP” and support breast cancer awareness!!! Our ideas for fundraising are as simple as our Bubble Up Pink Ribbon Gum Ball machine and the key to successful vending is the gumball machines location and visibility. Ideally the Pink Ribbon gumball machine needs to be accessible seven days a week. It is all about customers. Six (6) vends a day will empty your machine twice a year. In the greater Tulsa area everyone supports breast cancer awareness. Business owners have been extremely receptive in embracing our “BUBBLE UP PINK RIBBON GUM BALL MACHINE”. Our best locations are people places, Pizza, burger, BBQ restaurants along with dance studios and child friendly places. Join us today and become a breast cancer supporter. Take aim at a location, it might be your school, office or your favorite restaurant!!!
4 – Pack sales. This product has tremendous fund raising dynamics. 10 million 4-packs sold is our goal for raising funds for the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund®. We will need help from all participants. How could this happen? All participant schools' home games will have a table set up selling the 4-pack sleeve of gumballs for $1.00. Volunteers can be found to help at the table during game night. The schools and conferences in the WBCA are extremely competitive; perhaps a challenge or two could ramp up the efforts for selling. I would also challenge the Pan-Hellenic organizations to sell at least one case each before WBCA Pink Zone™ initiative occurs. That would not be difficult for any sorority or fraternity to accomplish plus there’s fun to be had and maybe they could challenge each other. Selling could begin at the beginning of each school's academic year.
